KOLLINGER AUTO BODY, INC. warrants all exterior paint finishes on new or repaired original equipment sheet metal against cracking, peeling, fading or lifting, due to defect in material or workmanship, but not chipping, stone bruises, dings or dents or other road hazards or environmental hazards arising out of the operation or use of the motor vehicle. KOLLINGER AUTO BODY, INC. further warrants that all repairs and workmanship will be completed in accordance with the agreed upon final work order and will meet or surpass standards generally accepted as proper in the collision repair industry, said warranty is extended for a period of three years to the vehicle while owned by the owner designated above and under normal usage and specifically excludes natural and unnatural environmental conditions, including but not limited to, acid rain, bird droppings, over-spray or other fallout. This warranty does not apply to commercial vehicles.

The obligation of KOLLINGER AUTO BODY, INC. will be to correct any defect in exterior paint finishes on the vehicle to meet or surpass generally accepted standards provided the customer gives KOLLINGER AUTO BODY, INC. thirty (30) days notice of the defect or defects and inspection by KOLLINGER AUTO BODY, INC. confirms the defect or defects. All corrections are to be completed by KOLLINGER AUTO BODY, INC. at the 10322 Perry Highway, Wexford, PA location. The above is the exclusive remedy hereunder. IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD THAT KOLLINGER AUTO BODY, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THE WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES GIVEN ABOVE. THE CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY OTHER DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE, IN THE EVENT OF BREACH UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.
